Elevate Arts' popular creative holiday camp returns to Acton this Spring! Helping your child/teen build their confidence & self-belief, make friends, learn new skills, and explore their creativity through a mixture of Games & Teambuilding, Street Dance, and Arts & Crafts. Plus we have a park trip and an EASTER EGG HUNT lined up too!!! On the final day, parents will feel proud as you get to watch your child perform their dances from across the week as part of a team. A healthy, hot lunch will be served each day provided by external caterers. We can't wait for you to join us, let's have fun this holiday!
Camp notes
Dress code:
- TrainersĀ
- Sportswear (No denim, dresses, skirts)
- Jewellery needs to be removed and long hair tied back upon arrival
(We advise new clothes are not worn as they may get messy during certain activities. Any participants who do not adhere to the dress code will be unable to participate in some activities for safety reasons))
What to bring:
- Good vibes
- A water bottle (can be refilled throughout the day)
Lunch/snacks:
Please DO NOT pack your child anything other than water. A hot lunch will be provided each day. Anyone with additional food/drink will not be able to consume them during camp hours. This is to ensure every child/teen has a fair and equal experience of our camp.
Walking home alone:
If your child/teen is making their own way home, we need written permission via email. Please email info@elevateartsuk.co.uk in advance of the camp if your child will be walking home alone.
Mobile phones:
We understand some of the older children walk home alone and so require to bring their phones. These need to be switched off or on silent and remain in their bags until home time please. If we see phones out we will keep them until the end of the day. This is to safeguard everyone at our camp.
Entrance:
The school has 2 entrances, one on Osborne Road, and one around the corner on Castle close (By Acton Children's centre) We will be using the Castle close entrance. The postcode may take you to the Osborne Road entrance, so please check this before making your journey.
Refund policy:
- Cancellation upto 14 days before 1st day of event - full refund Minus a Ā£20 admin fee
- Cancellation within 14 days of the 1st day of event - No refund except if a doctors note can be provided. If it can, full refund minus a Ā£20 admin fee
